Yes, you require either Sugar Sell licenses or Sugar Enterprise licenses to add these features.
It is priced based on the number of Sugar licenses you have. If you have less than 25 Users, it is priced at $4800 per annum. And for 26 to 50 Licenses it is priced at $9000 Per Annum. Anything above 50 users, you can contact us for pricing.
The cost of CPQ add-on includes 4 hours of training / guidance to use the add on on your own. However if you need any further assistance in configuring your product line or customisations it is charged as professional services.
CPQ implementations typically take a few weeks depending on the complexity of the product catalog pricing and combinations.
No technical knowledge is required. Any SugarCRM administrator can work with the system and configure. The end users use the normal quoting process of SugarCRM. Both administrators and end users may require a bit of training on how to use the features.
A quote with discount policies for tiered / block pricing and configurable products might take less than 3 minutes.
No. Bhea’s CPQ add-on is not an external application that needs integration but it is a native add-on that will be installed as a module loadable package.
You use the standard quotes module to create the Quotes. And the enhanced Product Catalog dashlet will have one more tab to add bundled products. And Quoted Line Item will help in adding the add-on products and optional features. But the actual quote and quote PDF generation will be same as the standard SugarCRM Quote.
As part of the CPQ add-on license fee, we provide 4 hours of guided coaching. If you want more help / support you may buy Bhea support package hours.
All the modules are supported with import features. You can fine tune your product catalog into csv files and upload into SugarCRM.
We can help you in converting your price list into importable csv files and import into SugarCRM for a small fee. The fee depends on the complexity of your current price list and the volume of product line items.
