Sugar Connect sidebar for Google Workspace / Gmail and Office 365
The Sugar Connect sidebar is a panel located on the right-hand side of Gmail or Outlook. Its purpose is to make it easier to access all the features of CRM directly from the Email Inbox.
The Sugar Connect Sidebar has two main features:
- First, it allows users to create, update, and delete records and fields in SugarCRM. Specifically in Sugar Sell, Serve and Enterprise Editions.
- Second, it enables users to view the CRM record and its related records in the Sidebar based on the Email ID of the Email they are currently viewing.
With Sugar Connect, when a new prospect or a new contact sends an email, you can easily create the record from the sidebar without toggling to CRM.
