Induction and Mentoring
Our Induction and mentoring program is designed for employees with 0 to 2 years experience. The duration of the induction program is 6 months and is designed to mould fresher to be a fit for many professional areas and technical areas. Although converting an employee’s mind from teaching/training kind of attitude to learning/experiment kind of attitude is not easy, but our Induction and Mentoring program makes that possible. With technologies fast-changing and rapidly being obsolete, we understand the difficulty level that we may face in training the employees. This helps us to groom our employees for learning the technologies in a span of time that is much lesser than the duration required for formal education.
In the induction session, the senior employees monitor and guide the progress of each employee. This is probably the best opportunity Bhea can offer to any candidate during which a candidate gets to learn a lifetime mechanism on their own. Once a person learns through a session of trial and errors, they earn the ability to practice and expand more than anybody else.
Bhea’s employees use the occasional outside technical trainings to brainstorm their knowledge. We strongly believe that an adult can maximize the benefit of training if he has already learned 80% of it on his own. So, learning in Bhea happens more through repeated practices.
There are communication skills training and outbound leadership training for all our employees within the first year of joining the company. This training aims at improving their productivity and thus, leads to gaining more positive results.
