Bhea Technologies launches 2 new SMB products

Software development company, Bhea Technologies has added two new SMB products to its existing products portfolio. In a release, the company said that these include a vertical CRM solution for real estate, manufacturing and IT/BPO sectors and a telephony solution that offers end-to-end telephony with CRM solution for support centre and call centre environments.

Talking about the new additions, Mr. Ram Kumar, Director, Bhea Technologies said, “With over 60 per cent of our customers from the SMB market, we are now strengthening our channel partners in tier 2 and tier 3 cities to achieve our target of 75 per cent customer base from the SMB market. We are also working with the IBM’s mid-market team to introduce additional solutions for the SMB market in India.
